1st of all - there is no indication that we will be commanded anything of the sort. The Earth will "be filled" a plenty by the resurrected ones.
2nd of all - during the 1000 years people will be brought back to perfection. Which means that IF a woman were infertile that problem would be healed.
3rdly - God would be loving and kind enough to not hold someone responsible for a physical problem over which they have no control.
4thly - Don't be ludicrous.

No. That command was to Adam and Eve when no others lived on earth.
The resurrected dead will help fill the earth.
The NT encourages singleness/childlessness for Christians. There is no command to have any number of children or to have a romantic partner at all.
So NO they would not lose life for not having children.

I am not a JW, but that sounds good. When I have a baby then, does that mean I don't get birth pains and delivery pains? I better survive!

My understanding is they will slowly become to a perfect like state during that time so they will NOT be infertile to begin with.
