Nope. The primer in a rimfire is in the rim and a modern .32 centerfire firing pin will strike the center of the shell completely missing the primer in the rim. Why in the world would you want to fire a rimfire .32 cartridge anyway? Those are collector's items and you can probably sell one .32 rimfire round for enough to buy a whole box of modern centerfire ammo. Don't shoot it, sell it!

No, the primer encircles the rim on the rimfire round, all that is going to happen, assuming you can camber the round in the centerfire gun, is that the firing pin of the centerfire gun will dent the center of the cartridge head.

Most likely not as the firing pin or striker should hit the center of the base of the cartridge where the centerfire primer should be. I would not attempt this for sure, even though it most likely fits the chamber.
Just say no..

A .32 caliber Pistol? Why? This is one of the most worthless rounds that can be bought. You could probably do more damage if you threw it at him. Try a .38 or a .357 or a .40 or a .45. Stay away from the .25s and the .32s they are junk.

It's unsafe to put into a firearm any cartridge not specific to it. Don't even think about it. Oops, I guess already that you haven't.
