United States and England are huge--I heard a statistic somewhere (can't remember where) that by 2020 there will be no more Jews in England because they're all going to Israel.

Well, I know more have gone to Israel from the UK this year than in any other year.
Also, many French Jews have made aliyah in the past year or two; my friend's parents live in France and they say that the racism level is on the rise, which is a great shame.

There are approximately 110,000 North American immigrants in Israel. There has been a steady flow of olim from North America since Israel’s inception in 1948. Record numbers arrived in the late 1960s after the Six-Day War, and in the 1970s. Many immigrants began arriving in Israel after the Intifada, with a total of 3,052 arriving in 2005 — the highest number since 1983. Like Western European olim, North Americans tend to immigrate to Israel more for religious, ideological and political purposes, and not financial ones. Many of them are relatively well-off to begin with. Nefesh B'Nefesh, founded in 2002 by Rabbi Yehoshua Fass and Tony Gelbart, works to encourage Aliyah from North America and the UK by providing free flights, as well as other legal, financial and logistical assistance to potential olim.
From 2000 to 2005, 11,148 Jews made Aliyah from France, including a 35-year high in 2005, with 3,300 immigrants. [citation needed] With the start of the Second Intifada in Israel, anti-Semitic incidents increased in France. In 2002, the Commission nationale consultative des droits de l'homme (Human Rights Commission) reported six times more anti-Semitic incidents than in 2001 (193 incidents in 2002). The commission's statistics showed that anti-Semitic acts constituted 62% of all racist acts in the country (compared to 45% in 2001 and 80% in 2000). The report documented 313 violent acts against people or property, including 38 injuries and the murder of someone with Maghrebin origins by Muslims and white power skinheads. Since 2005, the number of acts dropped but is still at a significantly higher level than during the previous decade.

All other things being equal, it probably be religious Jews from the USA. However, in times of crisis, such as in France, it is the country where the Jews feel most threatened.

In different times from different countries.
There was a big immigration wave from the former Soviet Union.
In the last few years - from France and From Argentina.
It depends on the situation in the country they are coming from. From France - there was a serge in antisemitism that led to immigration to Israel. From Argentina - the political changes in Argentina led to immigration to Israel.
There is always a steady immigration from USA to Israel.

what deezee said is correct - in the last year most were french..... i hear so much french I sometimes think i would wake up and see the louvere, very nice ppl - very very very slim and tall people the french (of course I'm generalizing I guess not all of them are tall and slim) they fit in Israel very easily as do all immigrants, but the french fit in extra extra easily because their starting point isn't like most immigrants they don't need the government to give them houses or funds, because they come loaded from france I have no Idea what kinda businesses they have in France but it sure seems they know what they are doing.

It varied depending on the time period
in the first few years hundreds of thousands came from those expelled from Middle Eastern nations.
There were also spikes in Ethiopian Ailyah
And in the 90's many came from the Former Soviet Union
While western states have had fairly steady ailyah rates
here is a chart for you

Depends on the time period.
During some years, it was mostly Moroccans or Egyptians or Yemenites or Ethiopians or Russians. Again; which time period are you asking about?
