Sweety get to the ER NOW.!!! It might be Appendicitis! Its where the Appendix is infected and if it ruptures it can be fatal! Im in the hospital now from getting mine removed, which did rupture. The symptoms are extreme pain in the lower right-hand side of the stomach that seems to pulsate into the rest of the stomach area, dirreah, lack of appetite, fatigue, and tiredness. My stomach felt like it was being clawed out over n over again. "Shoot Me Now" pain and tenderness. Do not wait a second on this! Good luck hunny!!

GO TO THE HOSPITAL NOW!!!!! Appendicitis causes pain in the lower right abdomen for about 12 hours, once it has burst the pain stops until peritonitis sets in! You need to act quickly!

I get this all the time and after being checked out it turns that I am dehydrated. Drink plenty of still water not fizzy drinks. Take a painkiller, plenty of water and hopefully it should go away. If it has moved over from your left side, then get it checked out as it could be appendicitis

Unless you can rule out appendicitis, you should get checked out pretty quick.
