Your bed is causing pressure points on your body and it's time for a new mattress. Also if you are a bit over weight that plays a role with it. I've had the same thing happen to me.

Get your butt out of the bed!!!! OR...put a piece of plywood under it to give it some support. Consider buying a new mattress....

I have that happen to me when I'm on the couch, so it's probably because you need a new mattress, because isn't soft enough.
