No age doesn't have anything to do with it. You're just stimulating yourself. For women, some everyday movements (standing still and twisting, walking, reaching for things high up) gives them a slight jolt of pleasure because it hits you just right. It doesn't happen all the time but if you do it in repetition like your workout then with that it will happen more often. Just enjoy it and it will make working out more fun.

Not age, but since you are tensing the same muscle group that you use during orgasming, it sets off the same reaction. It's like you're doing a super kegel set - and I bet you hit the gym 7 days a week now!! heh heh!!!

I never heard of any thing like this, but it makes sense, if you are working your lower stomach it might be called Keggel exercise, this exercise actually helps to develop muscles in your vagina, may be that's what it is.

Well. If its at a local gym , and it's embarrassing you should probably stop. If there's someone like a doctor/ someone who runs the curriculum of that gym. Talk to them possibly. Or just try a different exercise.

Woah that must be akward haha. Well, I'm no doctor but I think I heard somewhere that Kegel excercises can do that. But like I said before I'm not sure. It could just be that you're excercising too close to that "area."

What gym you work out at, we're gonna have to personally inspect the machine while ur working out on it so that we can discover the cause.

ok first of all what's the machine called because I want one. Secondly, it's pretty normal, you just might be very sensitive to any kind of stimulation there.
