No, melted skin is dead skin. Put an antibiotic ointment on the cut and cover with a band-aid. Repeat this as needed. The skin will heal.

Maybe you are thinking of skin grafting. In this process skin is taken from another part of the body and grafted onto the surface of another part of the body to replace damaged skin. But this skin is not melted. It is just a thin layer of new skin.

NOOO!
To heal a cut, first wash your hands.
Then wash the cut properly with soap and clean water.
Then pour some hydrogen pyroxide over it so it fizzes.
Then put antibiotic ointment on the cut.
Then cover it with a bandaid, or if the cut is big, with gauze.
Do not use alcohol on it and don't make up your own home remedies, please.

...Melting skin is a bad idea to try. You'd be trading a cut for 3rd degree burns. Skin will become charcole before it melts.

NO! If anything, the burn would create a worse injury.
Keep the cut clean, and if you have it cover it with an antibiotic ointment and a bandaid. It will heal just fine on its own.

No, to heal the cut, the skin around it needs to be able to regenerate more tissue. If you burn or melt the skin, it would be too damaged to be able to create new tissue.

You can't melt skin, but yes, getting it hot works. Like if you have a huge gash on you, then you heat up a knife and press it to the wound to scar it over.

Cauterizing a wound is a sound medical procedure. It's not the kind of thing you would want to try at home. It is generally used in situations of extreme emergency. You will certainly have a serious scar wherever you attempt this. Get a medical opinion and don't experiment.

You can't heal it but you can protect it from infection and stop bleeding.
Sometimes in wars if there were no band-aids or any kind of medical treatment, a solider would have to pour fun powder into their wound and light. Though it sounds painful, it could save their lives.

No....skin does not melt. Healing is a physiologic process not a physical one.
