He was texting me and flirting with me through the phone and at school, and last night he told me he loved me... i thought he was going to ask me out today, but he texted me and said ( quote) I asked Katy out and she said yes ( end quote) ....if he was flirting with me, why would he do this... is he trying to make me jelous or mad?

Well ... if he asked Katy out and he's been flirting with you aka giving you hints that he likes you then he must be a huge player.
He could be trying to make you jealous, but thats really really immature.
Act like you don't care and wait till he comes crawling back to you.

I think I know what's going on. My guess he was just playing around with your feelings. He wouldn't do something like that to just make you jealous. He wanted to do that all along. If he actually liked you he would never do that. He's a jerk. Forget abourt him and pretend that nothing happened. Ignore him and if he tries to go back to you, don't let him. You deserve more than him, let him know that by not tolerating this. Don't let him know you're mad or hurt because that was probably his goal in the first place. Just pretend like it didn't bother you at all and like it was all a big joke or something. That really sucks though. I hope you'll find someone better.

He's a loser, and dont let him get the best of you. Don't act sad or mad.. Make him think that you dont even care and wish him the best of luck. if he was just trying to make you jealous, if you act like you dont care you will have one, you would have taken the higher road, and you wont look all sad and mopey. It's win win

idk i flirt with chicks allthe timejust cuz i think theyre cute...
its wierd... when im talkingto them i like them but as soon as i stop talking to them i go back to liking this other girl.....
