The photo is excellent. I'm not sure it covers the topic of ":Urban Life", I think the window and stuffed toys does that better. I'm assuming that's your, too.

I like the picture, but my opinion is probably amateur. I would just enter the picture and see what happens. I think you have a good chance, but I am not trying to get your hopes up. There could be one that the judges think is better. But you will definitely never know until you try.

yes i think you could win a contest, composition is good. your blacks are excellent and the gray tones are good. your focus could be a little deeper, the children in the background are a little fuzzy, I'd say that you got a good chance at a win.

its a great shot, read the entry conditions fully
some competitions you have to give up the rights for the image when you submit it. You might get no where in the competition but they still have the rights to use use image

I suggest you make more practice shots.
The photo is not crisp and lacks depth.
