Yes. You can enter your height into a BMI calculator, and it will tell you how overweight you are:

the greatest fitness company I know is Fitness Fun.They are dedicate to improving your fitness. They also have a promise to their members that they would loses 2-5 lbs in the first week. If not they you can quite no question ask. It is rare to see that kind of promise these days. If you do not want to loss weight then it doesn't apply to you. But, they can get you into the best shape of your life. This company is amazing.

Another, part is a weight maintain program. This a 1 month program that helps you keep your weight loss off. They give you the tools you need to do this. After the 1 month is over you will be able to keep the weight off and stay fit all by yourself.

This company has more tools that help the member even more. Email me if you need more info (http://www.F I T N E S S F U N . P A G E . T L IS THE COMPANY WEBSITE(remove spaces)

To get healthy weight and stay there you need to do two things: build muscle and burn fat. It is important to know that muscle weighs more than fat. So when you become fit, at first your number on the scale will go a little up before it goes down, because you are building muscle. HOWEVER this is nothing to fear because the muscle takes up MUCH LESS SPACE than fat. Like 1 pound of muscle takes up 1/5th the space of 1 pound of fat! So you will get SMALLER as you build muscle. And when you build muscle, muscle works and works and its favourite fuel is FAT. So by making muscle you are GUARANTEED to lose fat. It takes time. But the slow path is best because you can KEEP the weight off. I don't think it's normal to weigh that much unless you are VERY tall or you have loads of muscle on you like a body builder, but bear in mind you are also still growing so your weight range is still sort of 'undecided!' Just focus on getting good nutrition and daily exercise, do weights (they will not make you bulk up I promise!!!) and play outside a lot, you will slim down naturally over time.
