Hi,
An "open relationship", is basically "casual dating", and if it isn't then it is not an open relationship.
If the man you are casually involved with, impregnated someone, he now has a responsibility to her and the child.
I guess if you feel like you have the right, go ahead and forgive him.
If you are asking if you should continue the relationship, then the answer is NO.
If the man in question isn't going to stand up and take responsibility for his "mistake", why would you want to have a relationship with a dead beat?

First and foremost, open relationships are just a joke! It just leaves all this room for two people to mess around with other people and then the one gets jealous or mad and one has different feelings for the other or the other doesn't have the same feelings for you and then everything blows up. When in fact, the only people that get hurt are the ones that agreed to have this open relationship... so another thing, you don't get someone pregnant by MISTAKE, it doensn't work that way. And if you agreed to have an open relationship with this person that means you have no strings attached with this person so what he does, is his business and his responsibility.. If I were you, I wouldn't even waste your time, you deserve better and soemone that only wants to be with you.. not you and everyone else.

forgive him...then say good bye and move on to another relationship. If u feel u need to "forgive" him, then he was the only one that considered ur relationship "open", u apparently said it was open, but felt u 2 were exclusive...so technically, u don't have a reason to forgive him....it was an open relationship... next time, realize these types of relationships don't work for you....say and stay exclusive...then, if he gets someone else pregnant or sleeps with someone else, THEN u will have the option to forgive or not...which,, by the way, again, u should forgive and then move on.

EXCUSE ME are you seriously asking that ? that is a NO! ok well a yes and a no yes forgive him but dont take him back at least not in a bf/gf way JUST as friends I know u probakbly really love him but if u take him back he will most likely end up hurting u again plus all the leagal matters with the kid adn really you cant honestly stand there and say you "accidentally" get a girl pregnant

It doesnt matter if your in an open relationship or not no BF of any degree should be sleeping around. I would say no forgiveness. He may take it as a sign that he can do it again(cheating).
And the whole getting another girl pregnant is just wrong. He's so not worth it if he didnt care enough to not use a condom.

I would..Even though it would hurt. Since you stated he was in an 'open' relationship with the girl, it wasn't his fault that she got pregnant[well maybe] he only had sex without a condom, and you guys agreed to be in an open relationship, that means he wasn't cheating on you :)

Well, if you're in an open relationship, obviously its ok for him to be sleeping with another chick, so you really have no right to be mad at all.
Well, maybe mad because he was stupid enough to get a chick pregnant.

You should leave him, he obviously doesn't respect you with the respect you deserve.
That man, while being in a relationship with you, got another girl pregnant. That just sounds wrong.
He's a jerk for betraying you.
Its not worth you being hurt.
You should let him go.

well if it's an open relationship, then yeah consequences come along with that, I would forgive him, but at the same time move on.
