If you're in the UK, I think thre's a number for like Environmental Health, or Noise Polllution through the council. Not much help sorry, but maybe even calling the police (not 999 as it's not strictly an emergency, but your local police station) could help. Hope it all gets sorted, sounds blooming annoying!

hi, you need to contact your local council, they will send you a form about the dogs, address your details etc. Some councils have on line forms, so you may be able to do it all on line.
Have you tried talking to your neighbours or are they the sort that you don't talk to!
I love dogs and i have a few, but they never bark, and if they did i would stop them, its not nice to hear them at night especially if you have young children.
Hope everything works out ok.

Had this problem myself. Contact Pollution Control at your local Council. Write the owners a polite letter explaining that you consider the barking to be Statutory Nuisance and it needs to stop (keep a copy). Most importantly keep records of times frequency etc.
If it does not stop you can take them to Magistrates Court. Finally, nearly all dog owners are unreasonably stupid when it comes their bag of fleas so do not expect too much common sense from them

Police or your council should have a 24hr help desk. put in a complaint and with any luck your neighbour might get a threat of an asbo or a visit from the old bill!

If in the UK phone the Enviromemtal Health department. The number should be in the phone book.
Tell them you would like to make a 'Nuisance Noise Complaint'
You can also phone the RSPCA

Depends on where you live
Where I live I can spend my money to attempt to take the neighbor to court for disturbing the peace but they are friends of teh judge so I know it would be nothing but a waste of money so after a while you get use to it.

Animal Control. Keep calling them and make complaints, keep a log of when and times they keep barking. It doesn't have to be only at night, day time barking is not aloud either.

Be sure to call the local police when it's past midnight to complain. If you do it often enough they'll do something about it.
