Vizio a division of Sony :-) That's a new one. Like Olevia is a division of Panasonic and Norcent a division of Sharp.
HP and Zenith do make TVs and are US Brands.
Polaroid and Westinghouse are also a US brands. However, all TVs are made now in Asia.

What do you mean by US TV brand? Really recommend Vizio though...They are a division of Sony...Actually any tv that is digital is ok....They make those tube tv's digital now.
Vizio is a low end division of Sony that produces excellent products...They have made a HUGE name for themselves in the past years....By the way Westinghouse and Olevia is one of lowest rated TV manufacturors.....and I guess you're saying that Philips Magnavox isnt a division of Magnavox.

It was my understanding that Vizio is a chinese brand.
There may be US branded TVs, like RCA, but in reality, no TVs are actually made in the US. Virtually all are made in Japan, China or another Asian country. Most likely China.
