Dealing with religious barriers in a relationship is difficult, particularity if one or both of the partners are deeply committed to their faith. However, as you have started to realize, it is more the little details that get in the way than the overall message.
Spirituality, in my mind, should at its core be beneficial. If you can accept that your partner is a good person and they can do the same, then your religious paths should not matter. Learn from each others traditions and take what you can and accept that each is valid for the other person.
The problem you are seeing is that Christianity, and other religions, on a whole take a path of "I'm right you're wrong." This notion demeans the sublime message of the divine essence to petty squabbling amongst others. It takes the gods and turns them in children having a temper tantrum over some menial object. This will not bring about eternal peace.
Acceptance of one another will. That is what love is about.
We will not earn our right to be at the right hand of the divine by trying to squash our enemies, and condemn them. We will achieve it by being compassionate and solving our problems with kind words and humanitarian actions. It is the more responsible path after all.
On a final note, there is very little actual proof to support most belief systems. No one ever saw the golden tablets of Mormonism, most of the events of Jesus' life were written 2-5 decades after he passed, etc. Religions are less about historical accuracy an proof than they are about spreading a message of kindness. Faith is about believing in the message, the details don't matter.

That is what the Bible is for. To show the way God approves of being worshiped. If a religion does not match the beliefs inside the Bible, it is not the right one.
For example, if a religion says humans will go straight to heaven as humans, they are not right for the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 15:50 flesh and blood can not enter heaven.
Another example, you have heard of "once saved, always saved"? It is the belief that once you claim to be saved then no matter what you do afterwards, you are still saved. What does the Bible say? Jude 5 reminds us God saved Israel out of Egypt but afterwards destroyed them because they became unfaithful.
Matthew 24:13 Jesus himself said, "He that endures toTHE END [of their life] will be saved."
Paul and Timothy when writing to the Philippians at 3:12-16 showed they did not have salvation but were looking forward to it at the end of their lives. If they did not have it, what makes anyone today think they are better than two of the Bible writers?
So this belief is wrong as well. Use the Bible to point to the true religion of God. Once you find that true religion embrace it fully.

Christianity has a rich history which started with the Jews at the beginning of time. The bible is filled with historical facts that Archaeologists use and has been proven very reliable. We have over 5000 documented ancient findings of scripture, many in different languages, all the same. WE have the dead sea scrolls to prove this also. The Vatican just bought 2 gospels dating 90 ad, the same as we have today. There is prophesies that has come to pass from the bible that proves it's reliability. Over 300 just for the man Jesus.
We have non christian evidence of Jesus from Tacitus and Josephus both historians. And a Governor named Pliny the Younger who all wrote about "Christos" and his followers the Christan's.
Archaeologists have found the tomb of Caiaphas who was the Pharisee that brought Jesus to trial.
Jesus WAS a real person who was an historical figure. Even well read Atheists KNOW this.
We have eye witnesses who had every thing to loose by claiming to be a follower of Jesus. Why? When Jesus was killed they scattered. Afraid. BUT when they saw he was resurrected they became bold. Why?
Since the bible is reliable, and Jesus WAS here you must decide.
Was he a nut? A liar, Or who he claimed to be.
Jesus the Christ was prophesied over 300 times in the old test. Each prophecy was fulfilled including Crucifixion that wasn't even invented back then!

religion has a lot to answer too
i take it you have found someone youre interested in but from a different religious background.
put the differences to one side and work on the love betweeen 2 people only.
love is about making changes and listening to other ideas but doesnt mean you have to deny your own faith.
but dont let it ruin what could be love either
i dont think there is a right or wrong religion they all intermingle even if theres more than one god chances are they are all friendly together in heaven.
live life to the full and worry about the rest when youre dead
youre a long time dead and life is too short to worry

No one can claim to be right when they occupy an infinitely small amount of space and know an infinitely small amount of information. Everyone's guilty of this though. Even many atheists are. Good luck trying to find one who'll admit it though. Heh, let's see how many "thum-downs" I get for this one.
When it comes to achieving "salvation" or eternal peace, all I can do is tell you to live a prosperous, compassionate life. Respect everyone's beliefs and try to be remembered fondly by those you leave behind. Even if there is no "heaven," you'll still live on through the ones you've inspired.

You should find a better answer in dispassionate examination of the available evidence, not in surrendering to solipsism.
Objectively, no religion is better than any others, even a religion that you make up out of your head couldn't be said to be any more or less likely to be true than other religions, no matter how old they are or how many followers they have.
It is the case with all religions that have to believe in their truths to see them, not the other way around. Most remain unconvincing to an outsider looking for answers who does not already have cultural sympathies for that religion.

Only one God seeks YOU out.
Not the other way around as in the rest of the dieties.
Romans 5:6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
Rom 5:7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
Rom 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

this is a good illustration used:
(Matthew 7:15-20) . . .Be on the watch for the false prophets that come to YOU in sheep’s covering, but inside they are ravenous wolves. 16 By their fruits YOU will recognize them. Never do people gather grapes from thorns or figs from thistles, do they? 17 Likewise every good tree produces fine fruit, but every rotten tree produces worthless fruit; 18 a good tree cannot bear worthless fruit, neither can a rotten tree produce fine fruit. 19 Every tree not producing fine fruit gets cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Really, then, by their fruits YOU will recognize those [men].
What really determines whether we are true worshipers of God is not merely our claims or even our apparently commendable works, but our actually doing the will of the heavenly Father.
Also found in the book of Matthew 24:14 as Jesus spread the message of God's Kingdom with his apostles on the earth, are there those on the earth today, still spreading the same message :
(Matthew 24:14) . . .And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.
The most important thing, I think, is the name of God himself, its so important in forming a close relationship with him, praying to him, using his name, and using his name in all aspects of your worship. So many religions have actually taken the name of God out of their Bibles, other groups have confused people saying that God and Jesus are the same, which clearly from reading the Bible you can tell they are not.
But using God's name is of utmost importance and it shows respect for him as well.
this scrip is Psalms is still one place that some translations have left in the Bible using God's Name.
(Psalm 83:18) . . .That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth.
so just remember the use of his Name, and people living in accordance to his Will and striving to imitate the example of qualities set out by Jesus when he was on the earth and also the qualities of God and Jesus himself, know as the fruitages of the spirit found in Galatians 5:22. Really those qualities are lacking in most of the world and in those once they leave church.
Pray about it, use God's name when you do and ask him to help you find the right place to worship.
(Matthew 7:7) . . .Keep on asking, and it will be given YOU; keep on seeking, and YOU will find; keep on knocking, and it will be opened to YOU. . .

The Bible is telling us the right religion.
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
