Gooey duck is one of the sweetest, and cleanest tasting shell fish I've ever eaten. If, however, they're not prepared properly, they can be tough, as would any other shell fish.

It is called geoduck, and it is a clam (looks like part of a man's genital), not a duck. It has the same texture as abalone, cooking methods are almost the same for both, either eaten raw or cooked in many different styles.
