female's who were fat/chubby children. Yet are now extremely fit.
(even if they still have a stretch mark visible from the weight issue?)

Can't speak for all the guys but personally, I don't have a problem with it. Women are so self-conscious sometimes. It really is silly. Losing a lot of weight is a big challenge for a lot of people, women especially. When anyone conquers obesity in any way they should be commended. More importantly they should feel good about themselves and not worry about the little things...

Men are probably not going to know the difference. If they knew you when you were fat, they will probably be impressed with your self discipline.
