How old is your dog? Pale gums and depression can mean a lot of things... pain, anemia, poison, spleenic cancer, etc.
Is her abdomen bloated? How fast is cap refill when you press on her gums?
Look, depression and lack of appetite and possible dehydration is not to be messed with... do the scruff test (described above) and if she is dehydrated you have GOT to take her in as soon as possible.
Good luck.

If her gums are pale then she is most likely dehydrated. I would take her to the vet and they should be able to give her fluids via IV or a shot. She probably isn't feeling well either.. they get sick just like we do, so I think thats your best bet.

If her gums look pale she may be dehydrated. My brother is a vet tech. Here is a little trick....Gently pick up the scruff behind her neck , If it stands up then she is definately dehydrated & needs to go to the ER to be hydrated. Also you are right looking at her gums, gently press on them to make them turn white & see how the color is after you take your finger off. If it is still pale ...again go to the ER.

If she were acting otherwise normal, I'd say give it a day. But if she is acting sick, take her in to see the vet. Dogs usually hide the fact that they are not feeling well until they are really sick. So if she is displaying symptoms AND acting sick, it's a sign that she should be seen.
