you would be discharged from DEP. if you are married, you can get back into DEP 6 months after the baby is born. if you are single, you are now ineligible to enlist period.
You must let your recruiter know the minute you have an OFFICIAL positive pregnancy test( using a drug store test doesn't count).

If your pregnant in DEP, then they will just release you from your DEP commitment.
You cannot go to Basic training while pregnant.
They will check before you start Basic.
If you get pregnant while on active duty, you are given the choice to separate from the military, or atay on active duty.
If you stay on active duty, within two months after you have the baby, you must have a family care plan and be ready for deployment.
IE: You have to have a plan, where someone else takes care of your baby, while you are deployed.
If you don't have a familiy care plan, or your commander doesn't agree with your family care plan, you are separated from the service.

You'll be put out of DEP. You cannot report for duty while pregnant.
If the baby is born before you report you must give PERMANENT custody to someone else (parent, baby's father, sister, brother, etc..). That will be done in court with an order from a judge.
You simply cannot report for active duty as a single parent.
After you get to your first duty station you can get custody back but you must have a care plan on file with the military that shows how you will handle things when at work and when deployed. If you can't submit a care plan they will discharge you or ask you to give custody away, again.

if you are pregnant now, then obviously you can't ship out. so they will terminate your contract. once the baby is born you have the choice to sign back up again. however you must leave the baby in care with someone while at training and give them rights . like a power of attorney (POA) once you have completed your training you ship to your duty station with your baby. once on active duty if you become pregnant. you must make a family care plan for your child or get out. it means you have to have some one willing to take care of the baby while you go out on the ship or deploy. my son is 6 months. i have chosen not to deploy (again). so i have to get out. it is an honorable discharge and i still get all my benefits due to my time in service. some moms deploy for a year or more, i just couldn't do it.

one million) Marry the girl. (purchase the cow and get the milk.) 2) After the two you or she initiates paternity lawsuits and paternity is shown, your baby is roofed under TRICARE; your female pal isn't; although, in some states and localities this can furnish her innovations to seek for parental care money/baby help which may be deducted out of your pay from time to time, if the two one in all you do no longer pick to regularize your courting via marriage, that's what's time-honored as "finding out to purchase the cow jointly as no longer inevitably getting the milk, finding out to purchase the calf, and positively no longer possessing the cow." Please word that any prenatal care and exertions and transport amenities (obstetricians ain't low-cost) required under this scheme is YOUR accountability and/or your female pal's, no longer Uncle Sam's. And yet you have all the business responsibilty of a sparkling daddy as quickly as the start happens and you're shown to be the daddy. For which the US government WILL carry you to blame at pay time. in simple terms marry the girl, or get actual friendly with fistina.

The policy fifteen years ago was, that those sailors found to be pregnant while on their sea tour (aboard ship) were immediately removed from the hazzardous work environment (moved off the ship). What is it today? I dunno. Ask your recruiter.

Ditto answer #1. People should be responsible for their own actions, not want someone else to solve their problems for them. You should have thought about this BEFORE "having fun".
If you women want "Equal Rights", that means "Equal Responsibility".
Man up to it.
