Darkening Hair?

I just bought a shampoo-in dark brown hair dye to darken by dark blonde hair but the brand says targets the gray hair only for a natural look. Will this still dye my hair?

I think so, if it is a semi-permanent or non-permanent dye. If you have gray hair, it will make it look highlighted, but if you don't, it should still darken your hair.
