Final Fantasy XIII.
Date - TBA 2008.

Final Fantasy XIII is the name of the new Final Fantasy game. It's supposed to come out in late 2008/early 2009.

And there is also another Final Fantasy game called Final Fantasy versus XIII and it's supposed to come out sometime in 2009.
