Hey there buddy, keep trying to to do the best you can for yourself. Don't waste your time wondering why your parents don't care...they sound like really negative people, so dont concentrate on them. Get yourself into a nice college and a good job and just work on making yourself happy and doing good things for yourself. I think you are a very strong person to keep trying to do good despite your parents' apathy. So keep your head up, things will get better even if your parents aren't who you want them to be.

Sorry things are bad! I went through the exact same thing. Ideally your parents should be supporting you etc..and care. But doesn't always happen :-(
You don't have much power now, but you will in the future. So you have to care about yourself. When you get a career, then you can mold the life you want. And you can find a girl who loves you and make a family for yourself, and be the dad you never had. It's hard to feel good in your situation, but at least you know its wrong. Don't give up now. Things will change.

Jeff, Your grandma is now watching after you just talk to her you will see. I f you dream about her they said is because she is visiting you not to be worried OK.
Parents make the mistake to always bring up the negative and not the positive it happens to must of there kids.
You have to believe in yourself nothing come easy but you will be @ the end a good person in life . When you became a parent one day you will be a very good one because you will not do what happen to you . Do some exercise it will be very good to change how you feel. Get some quality friends there are good parents out there and they will reach you . Just do it

Got it pretty rough, huh? Think hurting yourself will get some attention do ya? Nobody really wants a knife in the chest. At least not once it's in there, believe me. Let me ask you something. You don't think anybody cares about you now? Nobody loves you or pays attention to you? Tell me how that will change if you end up dead or laying in the hospital all alone. Sounds to me like the best thing you can do is live and stick around. That oughta irritate them. But if it doesn't, you might just find that they like you after all and you were just a little bit mistaken in your thinking. Who knows? Let us know how it turns out, eh?

Why do you want to get anywhere? Just focus on your studies, find a college and get a certificate. When you graduate you can do anything you like. Some parents are just obsessed by their own things and neglect others. Try to talk to them and work things out.

That's a real shame that your parents don't care, but that doesn't mean YOU can't.
Keep doing well in school. Very soon, you can go to college, and won't have to live with them any more.
Is there no public transportation where you are? You needn't be dependent on them.
Start talking to others at school. Find ways to get together with them after school.
You'll be on your own before you know it, and won't have to live with your indifferent parents.
Meanwhile, try to talk to others at school.
And talk to your school counselor.

Your parents care. Parents always care about their children. I know many crack addicted parents that still care about their children. So chances are yours do too. They think you're doing well now so they figure there's nothing to worry about. They might be a little too busy to celebrate your achievements but that doesn't mean they don't care. Just be thankful for all the things they do for you!

you have a lot to live for . you are still living and healthy. sometimes we do not need friends to support us. we need to learn ourselves how to be friends to our own selves. you need to show yourself you are better. buy yourself a bus pass. until you can get a job to buy yourself a car.

why should you care what they think? you shouldn't have to do something only for someone else's approval and recognition. don't you want to drive and do well in school for yourself?
