Been seeing this guy for 3 months - he keeps saying things like "you're so sweet/cute" ... is this code for I really like you or is it more like saying you are like a little sister?!
I think I can tell he really likes me from the way he looks at me but this phrase seems a little odd!

aww no thats a perfectly fine thing to say, nothing to worry about. im not sure what level you guys are on sexually or emotionally, but he definitely doesnt look at you like a little sister if he's dating you. by saying things like that he's probably just showing his attraction to your girlish naiveté/innocence, which a lot of guys really like

If a guy tells you that you are sweet and cute, he really means that you are sweet and cute. We guys aren't that hard to decipher. Yes he does like you. Probably in a romantic way. He might be a little awkward on the romance department, but he likes you that way.

It's kinda rare for a guy to put more than one meaning behind something he says. If he says you're sweet, it's a good thing.

Well it depends on the situation depending on what you've guys done in the past how strong your relationship is. relize that some guys do joke around in this manner to flirt and to get the girl excited. be sure to reassure if this a real talk or a joking matter! ANSWER MY QUESTION PLEASE
