Nope. Those boards only connect you to 'familiar spirits' who know all about those you want to contact. Martin Luther is absent from the body, therefore, he is likely present with the Lord.

No because you are only going to reach spirits of very low vibration who will lie to you who they are believe me there are some very nasty and powerful beings who are in a bad mood in the lower astral dimension who will say and do anything to keep the door of communication open.
Spirits of light on the other side are forbidden by God to talk to Ouija Board or Mediums Clairvoyants or Sorcerers it's one of the rules on the other side that they must obey. However spirits of light are allowed to communicate with the living through the dream world (this is the only means God allows) they can see us from over there and hear our thoughts and give advice but they are not allowed to interfere in the affairs of Humanity and what happens in our World.

You can use the Ouija board but that will not contact Martin Luther, who was right on a lot of things, by the way. His problem was that he tried to reform the Catholic church instead of starting over using only the Bible.
