well your limited. but a nice dinner and movie. for example, buy her favorite types of food from different restuarant and set it up somewhere. ex. park, etc... next a candlelight dinner. movie.

take her to a really nice restaurant.
or plan like a scavenger hunt and make it really cute.
or a picnic and you made all the food yourself.
do something that will show her how much you care about her. =]
