HOW LONG PPL??its driving me nuts-I am 18 and I go to the gym ranging from 45 minutes to 3 hours. ANd i try to eat healthy like chikcen sandwiches(chicken breast)Tips on using gym if any??

your diet will determine the rate at which you see physical changes to your body. exercise only provides the neccessary stimulus to the muscles and central nervous system. the quality and quantity of the foods that you ingest have a direct effect on the endocrine system and the endocrine system governs the human body. you need to include a sizable portion of a lean protein with each meal. you should have high fiber low GI carbs in the first 2 meals then taper the carb intake down as the day progresses. at night meals should be proteins with vegetables and some healthy fats.

breakfast
egg whites/oatmeal/fruit

snack
fruit/peanut butter

lunch
poultry/rice or poultry beans

snack
beef jerky or mixed nuts/seeds

dinner
fish/vegetables/salad

snack
low fat cottage cheese

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

All you have to do to lose weight is eat healthy, drink a lot of water. Don't overdo it though, you could hurt yourself. I guess you could see the results in a few days or weeks
