i broke my arm about 4 years ago and starting last year, every fall around this time, i get a sharp/shooting pain in my forearm and wrist.sometimes my fingers feel numb.i have it wrapped.

Afraid this is normal. Old Injuries, be it breaks, scars even surgical wounds play up when the weather changes. After four years you have now noticed come fall the pain starts. The only thing you can do is keep the arm warm! Good Luck

Where did u break ur arm?is the pain in the front or back of your forearm?maybe you hurt a nerve.

I suggest that you go to your local drug store and get a soft hand brace (has a plastic brace inside and fits with Velcro straps) and you wear it at night. I have similar pain problems and this does help alot. Theses are not expensive at all.
