Hi Sahara,
You asked if your boyfriend could be cheating but you didn't post anything about what he is doing to make you think that he is.
Have you come right out and asked him? See what he says and then decide if you can live with the answer.
As for loving each other, the fact that you have broken up with him 4 times in 2 months says to me that maybe the two of you are not ready for a serious relationship, or that this relationship is not the one for you.
My advice would be to make a list of the good points of the relationship, and the bad points of the relationship and see what the balance is.... then make a decision on if the bad points are really just not tolerable, or if they are just minor annoyances.

If you love him then why did you break up with him 4 times in 2 months. Maybe because you are not happy. And if he doesnt make you happy then dont worry about whether or not he is cheating. Love happens more than once. You can love someone but not be IN love with them..if that makes since for you. You cant have a relationship if you dont have trust.

This is not enough information to make any conclusion. There are a million reasons why you could be breaking up with him. Your age. His age. Your maturity level. His maturity level. His fear of too deep of a relationship or different expectations of the relationship.
The best thing I can say is talk to him about everything, get everything out to see where you guys are and where you want to go.

Whos breaking up with who? If he is the one doing all the breaking up than most liking yes. ( but hes not cheating if your broken up) If you have broken up 4 times in 2 months than what does that tell you. Trust what your gut is telling you not what your heart is saying. The next time he breaks up with you don't go back to him as hard as it will be DON'T DO IT ITS NOT TRUE LOVE

What are you breaking up over? If you keep on breaking up . if he is not cheating ,he will be. Try to work out your differences or Stay broke up. This kind of relationship can't work.
