Which has more alchol Smirnoff Vodka any flavor or Bacardi grand melon?

I believe they are both 70 proof, which is 35% alcohol. That's 5% less than traditional vodka and rum.

I think that the vodka would be higher i think the rums are usally around 70 proof

Does it really matter? Which ever you like better. Probably the Vodka.
