My TomTom navigation system recently quit allowing me to put in addresses. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I was able to put in specific addresses for several months but it just stopped taking them. It sends me back to the place where they are to be input. I really need it to work before I go to Chicago. Thanks

plug it into your computer with the included usb cable after installing the software for it and run an update for it or find a reset option, then update it.

Solution: buy a map.
