No. If it affects (for example) love at all, it allows you to have a healthy relationship and to love your partner and yourself. Antidepressants don't change who YOU are. They don't take away parts of yourself, good or bad. They simply give you the strength to cope with your depression.

Antidepressants should not keep you from feeling. They should help balance out chemicals so that your emotions are easier to handle. If you think you are feeling like a zombie or unstable, you are not on the right medication or the possibly the wrong dose

No. The ones I took just worked like a pop-up blocker to keep the suicidal thoughts from coming into my head.
They also helped me not feel sad.
