Just good ole soap and water and a lot of scrubbing. try something like lava that has an abrasive in it. Unless you can find some turpentine or thinner etc., around the house.

Do you have rubbing alcohol?
That will work, and depending on the intensity of the paint, nail polish remover might work as well.
If you don't have either of those, just try scrubbing, preferably with a stiff sponge or a scrub brush.

All of the above work well (with the possible exception of the grinder), just don't smoke a cigarette directly following the removal of paint from your hands

Acetone or polish remover is the fastest. If none of that, try lighter fluid. None of that then try olive oil, rub it in well, let it soak in, then use the dark green scrubbie side of a sponge. I do that all the time.....and I'm the Mom and know I should wear those little glovie thingys..........

Just get off your duff and go to the store and get some Goof OFF. All that other junk will dry out your hands and make them chapped!
