You can try the Tazo Tea's, they are pretty good. I always get a grande white chocolate mocha with vanilla added. Its got some caffeine, but its sweet and hot. Plus its a little thicker than normal coffee and it feels great on a sore throat. I have never heard of milk or cream making your nose run, never had that problem.
If you dont like my drink, ask the people at the counter Im sure they will know of a good drink to try,
p.s. their hot chocolate is awesome as well, you can get a white hot chocolate made with white chocolate instead of dark chocolate....ummm I think Im going there now lol

Hot chocolate is always the best. If you go to a Starbucks inside a Barnes and Noble you can get a Godiva Hot Chocolate for a little bit extra. But their regular hot chocolate is great.
I don't recommend coffee though. Coffee will dehydrate you, and when you have a cold you need the fluids.

The kind that has chicken soup in it. Avoid anything with cream - the milk isn't good for you if you have a runny nose, etc. - it makes it worse. Other than that, "hot" is the answer, and probably something with a lower caffeine content - you need to get rest to kill a cold. A little zinc helps too but don't overdo it or you will get a very weird "metallic" headache.

I had a cup of their house brew, black, a week ago. I'm still sick. It didn't do anything to my cold either way.
I did get maximum strength Mucinex for my cough and having a cup of hot green tea right now, but it's not from Starbucks.
