I got cheap fake nails from claires and they look really cool on. I am afraid to take them off because the glue left on is nasty! I know to use acetone but that seams kind of harsh. Are there any altenatives that I might have at my house?

Honestly the best way is to soak the nails in acetone. Despite you not wanting to do that. You can purchase non-acetone remover as well to soak off. If you pull off the glue, your nail layers will come with it, not all but some. Patience is the key here and it will take time. Use an old terrycloth washcloth or handtowel to gently rub after you soak a bit, and keep doing that until it is off. Once all is off, and your hands have been washed and dried, then coat your nails with a clear polish. You can wait a day to let your nails air out well if you prefer.

DO NOT USE FAKE NAILS!!! They are the WORST factor you would do to your nails. Instead, paint them each week, one chew with nail polish on, and you'll be able to NEVER do it once more. I had the EXACT identical predicament, and my nails had been VERY susceptible. I paint them with OPI nail envy, OPI nail laquer, and OPI best coat. THAT is the excellent factor you'll be able to purchase, and the excellent factor you'll be able to do for yourr nails at this factor. Plastic nail corporations could such as you to believe that false nails 'beef up' and 'preserve' nails, however oh are they flawed. Fake nails go to pot your nails from the within out, and are TERRIBLE for you.

DONT BUY THOSE!!!! thos are chep. well if you dont want to go to tha nail shop i guess you can do that. n what you do is put them in hot water like get a bowl and put tha water in and put your hands in there and let them "soak" if you would like to call it and..... just peal them off with like tweasers or something like that. it will hurt but not for long. i used to where those.=] but you could just wait tell they fall off. but that will take like 3 or 4 days. so yea. hope that helps.=]
