Everytime we get my PUG a dog she runs away?
She is about 1 1/2 years old, so why doesn't she want to have dogs?

At only 18 months she is still for young to breed anyway!
It sounds like you need a lot more education before you even think about breeding. Find a mentor who is knowledgeable about pugs and do your research first. And pugs are notorious for needing caesareans so make sure you have these funds available too!!
I am not encouraging the breeding of dogs for the sake of it though. Only breed once you have done your research, had your dog judged favourably against the breed standards and sought the advice and opinions of more experienced pug breeders.

Ma bey she just doesn't want to have pups. I mean what if she finally gives in and when the pups are born she smothers them or eats them what a waste of life. If she doesn't want to get her spayed thats what my friend did after the first try with another dog. They're smart that way don't make her do it let her make that decision for herself you can make the rest for her like when she gets feed, where she sleeps ect....

I actual have a shitzuh and shes the bestt !! yet between those 2 yorkies aree wayy cuter yet i wouldent comprehend witch one to compliment because of the fact i dont comprehend the character of a pug . yet yorkies are addorable xD

don't breed her, think of how many dogs are going to be killed so your dog can have puppies... *whimpers* =(
and to what poms 4 life said: she wouldn't need to be spayed since she doesn't even want pups to begin with
and btw, i really hope this was just a joke question

Listen to your dog. She doesn't want to have puppies. Get her spayed you will be doing her a favor.

What do you mean she dosent want to have dogs?
If she dosnt want to mate than um maybe she dosnt like to be forced to have baby or maybe she dosnt like the mates you pick for her!
