have been to foot Dr. had 5 shots of cordizone in left foot, right one was ok at the time. shots didnt help. went somewhere else ,i spent $350.00 on arch supports that not only hurt my ARCHES,but now the right foot has the same problem. can anyone recomend a brand of shoes with good padding in the heal.the supports are hard,i cant see how that is suppose to help the pain when i am walking (i am a waitress on my feet 8 hrs straight)
.when i get home and rest, and then go to get back UP I have fallen 3-4 times,as the pain is just awful. once i am up the pain lessens but dont go away.
I am back to ice packs.

You went to a Foot Dr who gave you shots? What you need to do is seek out a Podiatrist, a person who specializes in feet, orthotics [insoles] and shoes. Good Luck.

Rest is the primary remedy for plantar fasciitis. Try to hold weight off your foot till the infection is going away. You too can practice ice to the sore field for 20 mins 3 or 4 occasions an afternoon to alleviate your signs. Often a medical professional will prescribe nonsteroidal anti inflammatory cure reminiscent of ibuprofen. A application of house physical activities to stretch your Achilles tendon and plantar fascia are the mainstay of treating the situation and lessening the risk of recurrence.

May want to consider a tennis ball or a bottle. Roll your feet over them until they are able to relax. Supports are of no consequence when having this pain, after being on the feet all day.

May want to check on the shoes that nurses wear.. soft soled and well constructed. Should find them at any large drug company that deals in orthotics and such.
