I assume you are referring to a standard USB drive? If so, you can simply insert the drive into your USB slot, open the presentation, and then click File-Save As. Change the drive location to the USB drive and click Save.

Another option is to open my computer, navigate to where you have the presentation saved, right-click the presentation and select Copy. Then navigate to the USB drive, right-click and select Paste.

If you're referring to the Memorex portable keychain organizer, it doesn't appear to have the capabilities to store documents.

Hi,

If you are using a Mac there's a special PowerPoint feature that automatically organizes all the media files associated with your presentation so that it plays when put onto other media.

From PowerPoint's File menu choose Save As and change the type to PowerPoint package. Any media that's linked will be copied into a folder with a copy of your presentation that has all the links fixed so they work with the media.
