Yes, get her to the vet. If you were bleeding from your hind end and had blood smeared on your face and ears, wouldn't you go to the ER?

yes, taking her to the vet would be a good idea.
Try to stop the bleeding by wrapping the leg, where the blood is coming from. This will help until you can get her to the vet.

YES you take her to the vet! If you were bleeding would you just wait to see what people online thought you should do, or would you go to the hospital!?

Of course you should take her to the vet but before you do I would clean the wound! It's common sense. It sounds pretty bad, she could have torn her leg open and could need stitches so I would clean the wound (rinse it with luke warm water to get the blood off) then bring her to your vet.

Yes you take her to the vet. Unless you are donating blood, you do not want to see it on the outside of the body.
