I don't understand why you are paying for a credit card in the first place, BUT.. contact the company to dispute any charges, you can't change things on your own. to take money out of an ATM will only get you more charges.

I am assuming you are saying your balance was $300, you paid $385, which means you currently have a $85 credit to your account (assuming you have made no further purchases). You can either make $85 or more in purchases and pay the difference with your next statement, or call the credit card company and request a check for the amount of the overpayment (I would assume they will only send a check if there is a negative balance, not if you've since charged more items).

Do not take the money out of an ATM, you will be charged quite heavily for that.

If you overpaid your balance, it will be a negative balance for two or three months - unless you use the card, and if you don't use the card, they refund you a check. I wouldn't take it from an ATM -only because there's often fees out the wazoo.
