Kidney Failure is often fatal even with treatment. You should consider feeding your dog a low-fat diet/ high carb. And just let him live as long as he can.

There aren't very many affective ways to raise money for a small cause, I'm sorry to say. Ask friends for small donations. Start a blog all about it and give them a way to send you money through the blog. Tell friends about it and ask them to tell other people about it. Give a little biography about Spike too. Explain a lot about kidney failure, what it does, and why you have to treat it.
You will most certainly end up paying part of the money, but people will want to help, also.
Pray for Spike! :(

i'm so sorry. My previous cat died from kidney sickness whilst she became into 12. She did no longer want to consume the KD so I rubbed her accepted nutrition on the KD products to cause them to scent greater desirable for her. in case you men are the two opponents, she would be ready to stay for awhile yet. My cat lived for a pair of three hundred and sixty 5 days after she became into clinically determined. Did the vet say something approximately "flushing" her out? that's a fashion of stimulating the kidneys to operate slightly longer. It helps whilst they are slightly off for a pair of days.

Most people answering are saying GET A JOB! Why are you not reading this and understanding IT IS A CHILD posting this sad story? Have a heart.
I am very sorry about your puppy. I suggest maybe a tag sale with your parents help. Maybe a bake sale with information about your dog advertised with bake sale ad.
Good Luck and I hope your dog gets the treatment he needs.

Get a job.
Kat_Lady, be reasonable. No one will donate money to a cause like this. There are too many scams going around now days people are very hesitant to just donate money to a jar to a little kid loitering in front of a grocery store. Kids can have jobs. Delivering the paper, babysitting. If we weren't compassionate we'd say to just let the dog die. The smart thing to do would be to get a job.

He seems pretty young for having kidney failure. I would go back to where you got him, see if they can help you. Or get a trade bc you were sold a sick pup. How long have you had this pup? Not to long, I imagine. Good luck.

Wow. 6 months is awfully young to have kidney failure.
Did you try contacting the breeder you got him from? Maybe they have a good idea for you.
