Yet China can have NO OTHER future than that of peace and democracy if one listens to the "wisdom" of the day. That Wal-Mart's daily profiteering from and investing in Communism for two decades, with both Clinton's help, to avoid living wages at home and undermine American labor, enriching and saving a failed regime that murdered tens of millions of it's own people to maximize company profit is GOOD for the Chinese people!? This argument is as stupid and insulting today as it ever was and sadly even educated and well-meaning people puke the Hillary line despite all our expense. Wake up please, WAKE UP! Hillary and Bill Clinton, Robson and Jim Walton and David Glass and Lee Scott are traiters and should meet justice and WAL-MART IS AN OPERATING NATIONAL SECURITY RISK THAT MUST BE DISMANTLED! The future of the free world is at stake. If you choose to defend these people then first answer my question. You cant free a slave by enriching the owner so please stop asserting that stupidity!

YAHOO why do you keep deleting this question? If there is even one single word that you can prove is untrue I will retract the whole question voluntarily. So what's your trip Yahoo? Pro-Communist or just Anti-American?
To those who's lack of ideas or convictions can only provoke the ridicule of those bold enough to share their ideas, referring to genuine efforts to stimulate debate as "ranting" and such just allow me to invite you to be as useless to the world around you as you choose. Things will get done around, over or through you, you are irrelevant.

WMT paved the road that the rest follow along on. It's called "Hillary's Hi-way". Yes the Bush dynasty is also guilty but who would expext different? Clinton's betreyal of Labor to enable all this for his friends and personal profit is to me far worse.

I wonder if there will be a big recall of clothing made in Communist China. I've been hearing rumbles about some of the chemicals used in dyes and for wash and wear materials are suspected of being toxic. First they poison our pets, then our children and now it's possible they've found a way to poison anyone buying their clothing. Look into this, this would truly be a threat to our national security. Forget the Clinton's, what they've done or not done is in the past. We need to be informed on what Communist China is up to now. These toxic chemicals are also found in plastic parts and upholstery used in automobile interiors made in China.

The Bush family dynasty is largely dependent upon the Chinese (along with the Saudis). The Bush family has encouraged, romanced and 'sold' the idea of cheap labor in China, which encouraged companies like WalMart to utilize this huge labor market that demolished American jobs and has run rip shod over the American economy.
Thanks to WalMart and other American corporations, China is about to eclipse the U.S.A. as the world's military super power.
Thanks to WalMart (and other American corporations) many small businesses have been forced to close in the United States just so that Sam Walton's descendants can remain on the Forbes' List of the richest people in the world. WalMart has exploited its workers, both here and abroad. It cheats American consumers out of jobs, then coyly seduces them into their stores with a handful of low-priced loss leaders. It is the biggest retail scam ever perpetrated on the American consumer.
I have never stepped foot inside a WalMart store and never will. I will not give one dime of my money to a company that conspires with the Bush family to decimate America and turn over its super-power status to China all for the sake of money. -RKO- 11/25/07

The real war on Christmas is fought by American consumers (many who proclaim themselves Christians) who reduce the religious signifgance of the holiday by making it an orgy of gluttony rather than a celebration of Jesus - not the ACLU
I love the idea of American conservatives buying lead painted toys made in unregulated China from anti-union Wal-Mart. That is a conservative's dream ccome true. Free markets at their finest.

I wont spend a penny there, this year, same as last year and the year before...
And same as next year, and the year after.. I could go on.
The reason this question keeps getting deleted is because it's not really a question, it's a rant.
I am about as anti-walmart as you can get, so I'm certainly not defending them.. but it *is* Yahoo Answers, not Yahoo Ranting.
You should start a blog. Or a facebook group. Or a myspace group.
Or all of the above.

Walmart has sworn to have one store every five miles in America and one Superstore every ten. The ultimate goal is to put all competition out of business and require all purchases be made in their facilities. Based on this, I will do without buying ANYONE presents before I buy them at Walmart.

I'm starting to dislike Walmart for all their Chinese products. But when I go to other stores it's the same thing! We need new businesses here in this country who take the RISK of making American products. Can this China problem be reversed?

How can people be so ignorant as to think that China is Communist. Communism means no private ownership of capital, no private profit. China allows both. I know. I make money from the dividends of Chinese stock I privately own. I made more money selling a stock for a profit. China is CAPITALIST.
I wish all the lamebrained right-wingers here would catch up to the present reality. This isn't 1975.

Why do you mindless radicals always pick WalMart as an example of capitalism gone awry? Is WalMart the only retail chain that buys Chinese goods? What about K-Mart and Target? Have you checked the lables o their merchandise? Have you looked at the labels on the merchandise sold in Macy*s lately? What about car parts? There are a lot of Chinese goods making their way into this country that are not bought by WalMart.
To suggest that WalMart is a risk to national security is nothing short of laughable, and reinforces people's opinions that you are nothing but a raving lunatic.
So, my friend rave on, for in this "corrupt" country you are still free to do so.
