Yes it is still healthy, more sugar, but it's still juice. If you are looking to go for the healthier option, then I would suggest going for 100% fruit juice.
It's all a matter of personal preference, but I think the 100% juices NOT from concentrate taste better and fresher :)

read the label to make sure you get 100% fruit juice and not juice drink. Watch for high sugar content and coloring and you should be ok. i raised my son a 100% fruit juice concentrate and he is a healthy 4 ft 50 pound 4 and a half year old

Yes because it contains more actual fruit juice but "from concentrate" is still healthy as it just means that theve added water to make the fruit juice go further so as to reduce costs and increase profit, maybe sugar too but dont quote me on that.

nicely if a food turn into actual healthful, it may not likely be noted as junk food. in spite of the shown fact that, some human beings regard Subway as a junkfood, as an occasion. the type you order could make subway healthful. as an occasion, as a replace of ordering a meatball sandwich with cheese and different fatty toppings including mayonnaise, decide for a extra healthy determination such because of the fact the Roasted hen, without cheese, or the different fatty toppings. and make certain you have a lot of salads on your sandwich and choose wholemeal bread as a replace of white. And as a replace of finding out on a coke and cookie, only get a bottle of water. in many situations, maximum quickly ingredients and junk ingredients obtainable are not rather solid for you. in spite of the shown fact that at places like McDonalds, some extra healthy strategies with multigrain bread etc and salads, with deli options. they won't be rather healthful, yet in the top, they're extra advantageous than a huge mac and fries or the like. maximum suitable to not think of that there are any healthful junk ingredients.
