Yes and No.

Air is what makes the wine go bad after it's uncorked.

Buy a kit for less than 10 bucks at any reputable wine store. It consists of rubber stoppers with a one way valve, and a small hand operated pump the size of a corkscrew.

After you serve the wine, put in the stopper and remove the air in the bottle with the pump.
If the wine has been chilled keep it in the fridge, If it was served at room temperature, leave it out.

I'm not an expert on this. But, I don't refrigerate my white wines when I open them.

I don't have a wine cooler and I find they get a funny taste in my regular refrigerator. I don't know, maybe my refrigerator is too cold. I can't tell you. But, I just don't like the taste after I've put it in the fridge.

I just leave it corked on my bar. It tastes fine to me. But, I'm no expert.

Depends for how long.

Cold helps slow down oxygenation of wine which causes it to get weird flavors like wood and vinegar.

For a day or two, no. For longer, yes.

Alternately, I would reccomend box wines. No oxygen gets in and there are high-end boxes available!
