besides animal proteins there's seafood, tons of vegetables, nuts and seeds are also low carb.

I use it to help my personal training clients make better health choices. Click on the Nutrient Search Tool to put in your criteria like high in protein and low in carbs or just low in carbs. Keep in mind that some low carb foods are high in fat. So you may want to put low carb and low fat.
