Check with the airline as to the policy of bringing on condiments and botanicals. If the product can be seen, is legal in the country and is sealed and clearly marked, I think you've got a chance in not having it confiscated. I know of people who have taken St. John's wort on a plane in tea bag fashion, but check to make sure.
