You give her whatever your vet prescribed. She is under a vet's care, right???

Why would an antibiotic stop bleeding????? It is normal for them to bleed after giving birth. What some people give is OXYTOCIN injection after they feel whelping is complete. that is to make sure everything has been expelled. That will not stop her from bleeding either. There is a lot of blood left in the uterus after giving birth and that is natures way of cleaning it out.

She really should be taken to her vet along with the puppies so he can examine them to make sure mom and puppies are alright. The vet can make sure she is done and doesn't have any more pups inside. He then can give her a shot to help with any afterbirth.

No! Offer water, later food & leave her alone. I assume you're taking her & the pups to your vet in the morning, like a responsible pet owner would do. They'll tell you if she needs any meds.
Good luck.
