The sides of my stomach are not so bad but is there any exercises that will help the middle bit?

its a hard area and i struggle with it, the only thing that really helped me was sucking my tummy in when i go for like a really long power walk; im talking like an hour; and 200 situps a day. sounds sucky but the situps only took like not even half an hour, and yeah just gotta make time for the walking. g'luck!

During the day and before eating or during your bath or shower,
just suck in your belly for a few seconds. Do it often though. But not right after eating. Also when you can do some side bends.
These two things done over a long period of time from youth will definitely keep your abs and tummy looking mighty lean. Providing of course you don't eat tons of food.
