i am on a very strict diet of 1200 calories a day

i looked online at the nutrition for the charbroiled shrimp salad and i found that some sites say 180 calories and 4 grams of fat .. while others say 230 calories and 6 grams of fat .. do some sites say 180 because they are not including the tortilla strips ??

personally I would not eat them if you are on a strict diet as they are a processed food item and not a naturally occurring carbohydrate. either way 50 calories isn't going to make or break a diet.

how about cutting Baja Fresh out of your diet and make your own food. that way you can eat more and still stay within your caloric limit.
