3 servings of low fat dairy [ milk, yogurt, cheese ]
3 of whole grains - bread, cereal, rice, pasta
3 servings of vegetables [ raw, frozen preserves most nutrients ]

how much is 6 stone *confused* thanks for the details, so your 84 pounds in grade nine i assume. Thats pretty light! but you have a petite frame so its not unexpected. Give yourself a year or two, you may be developing late? just eat healthy ie: breakfast, little snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack thats the ideal daily food intake with around 1800 calories. This'll help you not only grow but concentrate better, and to be in better moods. Some people are just naturally underweight but if you feel its needed there are weight gain pills you can attain from doctors. compare yourself to your family to see if this is the norm.

I would just start eating healthy, like salad and other stuff that is good for you. I would try eating oatmeal for breakfast, and a salad for lunch and maybe some fruits and veggies for a snack and something that you like for dinner (but don't go overboard) and also keep in mind that if you lift weight or stuff like that you will get muscle and that will add pounds.
