Hi, I'm a 14 year old girl. I weight about 114 lbs. I'm around 4'11-5'0 or 5'1. I have very low self esteem beacuse of my fat underneath my arms, and also the love handles that I have. It's not much, but I do wish to get rid of it. Can anyone please help me? I'll be forever thankful.

Any cardio activity where you are increasing your heart rate will burn fat. Try swimming or running or fast walking where you really pump your arms, perhaps using hand weights?
This will work pretty quickly to remove any unwanted excess fat. As you can not reduce fat from just one area of your body this will also benefit your hip/love handle area.
To tone, try doing tricep exercises using hand weights or anything heavy like a bottle of water or can of bean. Check out the link below. Hope this helps?
