The concept is amusing. It's satire at its best.

As a Pastafarian, I'd like someone to prove
he doesn't exist.

Prove we won't receive everlasting wonderful
things if we caress his strands, massage his
meatballs and give half our paychecks for more
pasta sauce. One day we'll live in the big pasta
house after we die, with all the spaghetti we can
eat.

Really, folks. What makes this 'religion' any more
absurd than one where an invisible man floats on
a cloud?

A new non-profit religion which worships food?

A new religion which believes spaghetti is the body and spaghetti sauce is the blood of a monster with eyes made of grapes?

Nobody will ever believe in that.

It really does a great job of parodying the arguments used to support Intelligent Design. It IS supposed to be funny, but that's not the main purpose of it. It's designed to demonstrate how weak the Intelligent Design arguments are, and it does a pretty good job of that.

I find it as amusing as every other religion - but I see the FSM has supplanted the pink unicorn. For shame!

I actually found a pattern the other day for an FSM hat!
